Business Partnership:

  • Identify key human resource needs and develops appropriate solutions to support key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Act as a business partner to employees and site management to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and overall morale
  • Partner with key leadership to address changes in operating conditions, emerging issues while providing a full complement of services to the organizations you support
  • Develop/implement appropriate change management plans as required

Performance Culture:

  • Consult with leadership team in driving an overall performance management culture
  • Collaborate with leaders in developing, innovating, and implementing departmental goals, objectives, and a continuous feedback operating rhythm
  • Conduct annual reviews of organizational and team member capabilities
  • Development/implement training and development programs as needed

Other:

  • Responsible for investigations, conflict resolutions, employment separations, exit interviews, and streamlining HR processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business, preferred
  • 3-7 years broad HR experience, including; staffing/recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employment laws and regulations
  • Certified PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred
